OEM Factory Service Packages
Ever notice those overwhelming checklist in the back of your owners manual? These checklist are the factory recommendations for service, to keep your bike maintained and provide it with a longer life. This is also a great way to begin maintence on a recently acquired bike. The great news is we already have this list and all you have to decide is whether you want to track it by miles or months and we can get you started. Every package includes labor cost and a detailed checklist you will recieve upon completion. This list includes itemized services we completed along with any recommendations for parts that have fallen below maintenance standards. This is the best way to keep your bike up to date on all of its maintenance.

Free Estimates Upon Repair
Whenever you bring in a vehicle for repair, estimates & diagnostics will be FREE as long as the vehicle owner goes thru with the repairs. If for any reason the customer decides to opt out of repair then a diagnotsic fee may be applied.
Pre 2010 Bikes & Multistage Repairs
We are one of the few remaining shops to service older vehicles (pre 2010). This is because the older they are, the harder they are to be profitable due to several failures or even repaired. Also, the parts become more and more obsolete. Sometimes, there are many things failing or needing replacement. In this case we make it a multi stage repair. We write up a estimate for one or two systems that need repair, once you approve we complete repair, you pay for this work upon completion and then we repeat. Keeping you informed and included throughout each stage.

Unfortunately, machines will eventually fail. Whether it be from a random failure or a failure due to specific parts, we want to make the process as easy as possible for you. We pride ourselves on finding out the issues for you and giving you well informed options so you can make the choices that fit your needs or budget.

We know its often enough worry to know your bike is broken, yet alone answer the questions most shops will ask you in order to "screen" you for eligibity. All you have to do with us is bring your bike, go over your contact information and explain what issues you are having. We will take it from there!

At this point one of techs will contact you to explain what happened and what its going to take to get it repaired. We will offer competetive prices and OEM parts along with a full explanation of what you are paying for. You can choose here to opt out, pay for diagnostic time and pick up the bike OR recieve free diagnostic and proceed. A parts deposit may be due.

Once you have made any deposits or agreed to continue the following time will be commited to the repair. usual shipping can take 2 to 5 business days, however since covid some shipping can take longer. Hard to get OEM parts can take weeks. We will complete the repair as soon as we have all the parts..

Most bikes will be ready and you will recieve an auto text or call explaining your final balance due and how to make arrangements for pick up. Others may be required to enter another stage, this is for repairs with several or new found issues as well as large projects. The current stage/ticket must be paid before strarting another. This is to prevent confusion.

Now that your bike is finished and paid for you will recieve your bike for your personal test ride or inspection. A tech will be free to assist you with any questions or go over any details you should know before we see you off.
